3. Now that Obama has been in office well over a year, commentators have attempted to describe his leadership style. Find a variety of these commentators and summarize the different comments made. Are there similar points each make?
4. Increasingly commentators have noticed conflict between Obama and Chief Justice John Roberts. Read up on this and comment on the nature of the dispute between these two men, and the two institutions they head.
5. As you know, John Paul Stevens is retiring. Read up on his retirement and detail what impact a potential Obama nominee might have on the behavior of the court.
